I've used Verdugo for several years. The arrangements are beautiful and long lasting and the service spot on!
I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday which was very important because she's at home alone during the quarantine. I received an email that the flowers were delivered, but my friend never received them. I called the florist and was promised a callback - after 6 days, I'm still waiting for that call. I'm still trying to contact the florist, but now I can't get through. These flowers were expensive and it's not fair to have a business where clients are robbed. I wouldn't suggest anyone to purchase their arrangements, at least not by delivery.
Loved my purchase from here! Flowers are even prettier than pictured!
The bouquets did not look like the image. There were no roses (not that I could see in the photos from my children). I'm guessing they ran out of roses and used whatever flowers they had left. The container they sent looked cheaper. I appreciate that they delivered at the time of day I requested, and the bouquet was about the same size, but what they sent looked like a $12 bunch from the grocery store.
Mother's day arrangement was beautiful and lasted a long time
