A landmark in Montrose with a warm atmosphere. This flower and gift shop has been owned and operated by Lordz for over 40 years. You do not find flower stores with this much charm and love in them anymore. There is a wide selection of potted plants and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers always available. Lordz and her staff are always very helpful and willing to assist in making the most beautiful arrangement.

If I could give zero starts I would. Worst customer service...rude and unapologetic. I ordered flowers for a funeral and was understanding that the flowers in the picture online would not be available due to Covid. The lady Called and told me so, no biggie..I asked for a pic to be sent to me so I could see what she made. She said she didn’t have the capability of taking a pic and said I could ask the recipient of the flowers to send me flowers ..ugh no thanks! This is for the loss of a family member, I will not be asking them to send me a picture of the flowers! So the driver sent me the pic. The vase was not as pictured and no she didn’t not mention anything about it being different or putting rose petals in a clear vase to make it look like a white vase...not fitting for a funeral at all!! And in bad taste...looked terrible if you would see it. I couldn’t believe it so I called the next day to discuss and oh my god...the rudest lady! She offered to pick up the flowers after they have been delivered if I was that unhappy...really?!?!? She couldn’t tell me if the website had a disclaimer advising that actual orders would not be the same as pictured she had no clue. I will not be supporting this local small business! She could have apologized and explained without yelling and pointed me to the disclaimer (if there even is one) but no...it was as if I was wrong in assuming I would actually get what I paid for! Then she basically faults me for complaining about a vase during a pandemic when she had to open her shop and find a driver...sorry lady, your business depends on customers like me...customers are the reason you are in business, be a little bit more respectful.

Lordz is the Best Florist in Montrose, La Crescenta, La Canada, she has been in business for 40 years, she knows her stuff when it comes to Flowers and Plants. She makes Flower Arrangements, and Planter Gardens that are colorful and Beautiful.
