Edible Arrangements customer service for this particular store and the edible arrangement customer care is non existent. I placed an order days before Mother's Day to be delivered on Mother's Day. On Mother's Day, edible arrangements did not deliver at all. The next day I called edible arrangements, no one answered. When you do get through, you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Also, calling their customer care does not work because when you try to talk to a customer representative, they just automatically hang up. I tried to leave a detailed message in the edible arrangements contact us page and it does not work. I feel like edible arrangements just took my money because it is so impossible to contact them.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!nOmg absolutely the worst! I put in an order as soon as they opened giving them 10 hours to do an order for my anniversary, called no answer, day 2 and my order still is not here. I read all the negative comments and I got scared but I also read positive ones so I gave it a shot and never again. I went to the store the guy there was rude he didn’t even acknowledge me at first all he said was to call the store and I did! I called like 10x straight and goes straight to voicemail which you can’t even leave!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! If you say you’ll deliver something the same day you should!
Paid for a Birthday Arrangement delivery. Waited all day Saturday. No delivery was made. Called the store. Pre recorded answering machine kept picking up.
The owners are the sweetest people I've ever met! Not to mention their edible arrangements are so fresh and delicious! Would recommend to ANYONE
I read lot of negative reviews after I placed my online order and was really worried but the delivery was on time. The customer service I received over the phone was awesome. Big thanks to all the staff and to the delivery driver.
