One of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever received. Also the person who sent it gave an incorrect address. The delivery person, Rene, went above and beyond to contact me, get my correct address and then called me after he delivered it to make sure I knew he delivered it and identified my house to make sure everything was good. Truly brightened my day to have such a beautiful arrangement accompanied by extraordinary customer service.

I placed my order the night before, Saturday night, the flowers got delivered the next day in the morning, the delivery guy Ryan was on time, I’m in a different state from where the flowers got delivered, he text me to let me know and confirm the delivery. What a beautiful arrangement! It was my mom’s birthday and she got tears of happiness. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement.

The experience I had with SUN was beyond incredible. The staff was able to provide seamless assistance with such grace and poise as they were even about 20 minutes from closing time, with probably limited supplies, Ruth still took my order with the upmost professionalism and efficiency. Ultimately the delivery time & the quality was beyond what I had imagined. They were able to make my mothers birthday more than just another birthday, they made it a memorable experience and for that I highly recommend this florist over any in the valley. I ordered a lovely bouquet with lilies sunflowers roses daisies etc . and also a large teddy bear made of pink roses, packaged in a clear sophisticated box and wrapped in a black silk long bow from top to bottom. They truly captured the opulent elegant sentiments I had in mind for my mother, even under what some people in the service/hospitality industry would consider “pressure”. 5 STARS!!

I was so impressed with Sunflorist and their customer service. I called in the afternoon for a same day delivery and the clerk named Ian who took my order was very nice an accommodating to me. He never made me feel rushed. Then Ryan the delivery guy delivered the flowers in a timely and efficient way.nnI definitely recommend this florist!!

I made a purchase and initially was not satisfied. However, the guys here did everything in their power to ensure the issue was corrected, and that I was a happy customer. They reached out to me multiple times and worked hard to improved my satisfaction. I am very grateful for their diligence and caring gestures. Thanks, Guys! My coworkers loved the plant!
