I had never used Edible Arrangements before this instance, or even had food/sweets delivered. I needed to call and ask some questions, and then later call again to make a last minute change. I spoke with Robin, and she was SO incredibly helpful to me, and made sure that I had a great experience and got exactly what I wanted out of my order, for a friend's birthday. I am so grateful. Excellent product and delivery! I checked the ratings for this location before my online order, a get-well bouquet for my sister. My sister and family loved it! My niece worked for a gourmet candy shop in Beverly Hills and she said the chocolate-dipped fruit was done PERFECTLY so the chocolate stayed on the fruit for each bite. Thank you!

I’ve called to edit my order for two days in a row, no one answers the phone, and The mailbox is full. I’m sorry that’s not good customer service.

Extremely impressed by this locations customer service! The delivery driver was awesome & so very sweet to have waited for me to get home (edible arrangement was a surprise for me but unfortunately I was not home at the time to receive) The driver & I kept communication at all time & when I finally got home, he was still very nice & polite. He had a huge smile & was very happy to present me with my beautiful (and tasty) arrangement! Thank you to the Manhattan Beach location for your great customer service & a special thanks to their driver for having to wait a bit!

Great and friendly Customer service! I called in for a last minute order of a dozen chocolate strawberries and they prepared it super quick. It was fresh and delicious.
