I live in Atlanta and I wanted to send flowers to my sister for her birthday today. I called them and told them her favorite flower and they told me what other flowers they would include and they were very accommodating with the price. I asked them to send me a picture of the arrangement before they delivered it. Great customer service and beautiful arrangements.
Though the flowers are beautiful, they are 40.00 flowers at best. Three roses, three sunflowers and a bunch of unopened flowers. They charged my mother 140.00 when she specifically said she didn't want to spend more than 100.00 and wanted something nice. The woman was rude to my mother on the phone, telling her to make up her mind because she was very busy. That is not good customer service. I would never order from this place. Maybe they should hire someone who knows how to treat people who are spending way too much money on something that is going to die in a few days.
I needed to send flowers to the school ASAP on Valentine’s Day. These amazing people are helping me out. Yay to good people!
I love this sweet little treasure of a flower shop in the mission. I went to get a bundle of flowers to send home to my mum in southern CA and even though they were so extremely busy, they still took my order on the spot and she loved them. She said they were her most favorite:)
