I ordered flowers for my wife from Growing Wild today for the first time and the experience was simply fantastic. The bouquet that was sent to our daughter for her 30th birthday was fresh, beautiful and the colors so vivid. This little shop is a real find when you are in town. Absolutely so gorgeous You want to buy everything they have. The delivery was on time and the delivery person very kind and friendly. We are so pleased with their customer service also. The shop called me to confirm the order and let me know that it would go out on time. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
My order was delivered at 10:30am and left outside of the recipients house. I was not called until 4:30pm and told this information. When I asked the delivery person why he didn’t call me sooner so that I could call the person I sent the bouquet to and let them know their flowers were just left sitting in the HOT sun all day..his response..”I don’t know.”nI then called the store and received a call back two days later with an apology.nI’ve used this store for years. This is unacceptable. At a minimum they should have re-sent the delivery or refunded me the order. Clearly the flowers were ruined sitting outside all day.nVery disappointing
EXACTLY what I wanted. The bouquet nearly stole the show from me! I want to thank Ann, Megan, and the entire Growing Wild team for making my special day a beautiful (and sweet smelling!) one. I will certainly be using them again.
