Kathy was amazing! I had a super last minute need for a traditional Hawaiian lei for a graduation I was unable to attend. I mean super last minute. She was so accommodating and willing to help. I placed an order from Plymouth, MA going to my daughter who works in El Segundo, CA From the minute the phone was answered I knew I was in good hands. I believe it was Kathy that took care of my order. I explained to her what I wanted and the bouquet of flowers totally exceeded my expectations. They were beautiful! I needed a special note sent along with the flowers and she gave me her email address so we could include it. I will only go through Hilary's for my future orders.nMy daughter absolutely loved them!
I cannot recommend Hilary's highly enough. Being new to the area this was my first time using their shop. The ease, price and result thoroughly exceeded expectations. Giving their team a budget and creative authority is the way to go. Provide them with some simple direction... basic color, favorite flowers and then allow them to rock & roll.
