Told me that, I couldn't enter into the store and to place my order online, attempted for 2 weeks to order online but the website continues to crash. Called corporate who then told me to go to my local franchise to place the order, arrived at the location and was told to place my order online, attempted to place the order once and the website crashed. Frustrating and no one seems to care or wants to help. What happened to customer service.
