I scheduled and paid for almost $100 for a flower delivery for next day. I then got an email (yes an email )from this flower shop saying that the flowers I ordered are not available and If I would like a different kind. I received this email after 1 p.m. the day that it supposed to be delivered. I don't see the email until almost an hour later and respond yes send something else. I then got a message saying that it's too late they're not going to be able to deliver. I then try calling them and they don't answer so I called the 1-800 number and I get someone in Los Angeles that cannot give me any information on the florist from Bakersfield cannot give me a name cannot give me an address cannot give me a refund. Either this is the most incompetent company ever or this was just a scam and I lost almost $100. Skip this flower shop for your own good.
