My family and I appreciated the help from the gentleman working throughout the process. Specifically Julian, Frank, Martin, Luis and another man who we didn't catch his name but helped us carry the casket spray to our car. The guys did a great job and we're very grateful for their professionalism, kindness and for making us feel so welcomed during such a hard time. Our experience with the female staff unfortunately wasn't as great as they were a little rude but the male staff made up for that. Muchas gracias por cuidar de nuestro Abuelito muchachos!
The attendant was very polite and helpful. It's never a good time to get to know a place like this, but you get what you pay for all the way till the end.

Of the only ones that I can say that the service was excellent, it was only 4 people who are respectful because they know that they work in a funeral home and they know the pain and suffering of their relatives. If you do not know about the packages, please inform yourself first so that you can provide the service well. To the administrators of the virtual and audio area, please take care that when the ceremony ends, close cameras and audios to prevent family members from hearing distasteful comments from the funeral home staff when they remove the bodies from the rooms. They work with bodies, and bodies give off unpleasant odors. But please avoid their comments. Tasteless!
información de servicios disponible con ejecutivos de servicio, en mi caso particular NO HAN RESPETADO LA FECHA DE PAGO ESTABLECIDA EN EL CONTRATO ,solicité cita con el Gerente administrativo Sr. NORMAN CISNEROS, prometiéndome formalmente quel lo arreglaría en un par de semanas, sin embargo sigo igual , considero que No tiene facultades, para enmendar vicios de errores, por lo que estaré enviando correspondencia dirigida al Sr. CARLOS N. Lukac. Director General de Grupo Gayosso para relatar el mal servicio que se me ha prestado.
