My favorite flower place . Their flowers do last a long time and they are fresh . However my boyfriend wanted to order from here again . And when he asked for a English speaking florist she hung up on him 4 times that’s not professional at all so y’all lost a customer

Amazing customer service! I live in NYC but still have family living El Centro, whoever I spoke to over the phone to place my order for flowers was amazing. She was kind, patient and efficient. She quickly assured me with concerns I had. Look forward to ordering more flowers through you guys! Thanks!
