I'm 300 miles away, needed flowers to cheer my god daughter up...on emergency status. Called these guys up, the lady was super nice and even though I was calling late on a Friday night, they had no problems whatsoever with my request. I love the promptness and willingness to go the extra mile for a customer in need (no pun intended). They're gorgeous, and from what I hear, smell amazing! The arangement reflects their excellent service....thank you Aurora's Flowers, you have made a little girl smile and made a Nina look like a super hero!
The friendly, caring staff helped us with the flowers for my step-mom's funeral and I couldn't be more impressed. They hit a snag with their supplier and couldn't get us quite what we originally requested. They contacted us immediately, worked out an acceptable alternative and the end result was stunning. They even offered suggestions for donating the flowers that were remaining after the funeral.
Called it in not knowing what i wanted, talked to dalia and told her what i wanted to say and boom. Done deal... great customer service decent reasonable prices and great place
I have ordered twice and both times my wife loved the arrangements. Nice employees and honest prices.
