I typically leave reviews on Yelp but I couldn’t find this funeral home on yelp. Planning a funeral isn’t easy, especially during this pandemic. I called around and many funeral homes were very strict due to covid- 30 minute viewings, 10-20 people at the viewing etc. Reade & Sons were the only ones who offered a 3 hour viewing and their facility was able to accommodate 40 people for the viewing. Ryan was very professional, sincere and empathetic when I called to inquire, many of the other places I called were cut & dry, and one place was very rude over the phone. I was able to meet with the moritician, Caesar, to go over the small details. He was very thorough with what would be done to our loved one- make up, hair, facial hair etc. Caesar did a beautiful job and my family was extremely pleased with how everything was set up exactly as we asked. The day of the service- Ryan and the entire staff were exceptional. We were very happy with the customer service they provided and will recommend this funeral home to others in the future. I would like to add we chose to have our service at the Kerman location- the facility was very well taken care of, very clean and the fact that it’s located next to two churches- you just get that extra feeling of comfort.

I would not recommend this business. Preparing for a loved ones passing is never an easy process. The goal of all funeral homes should be to help the families during this challenging time and make arrangements as seamless as possible. The owner Irene made quite a few offensive comments and her demeanor during our visit with her was very unprofessional. Our visit with her was on Friday December 21st before the holiday weekend and my grandfather was close to his end of life.nnOne of her comments that frustrated me was her assumption that people who are in the agricultural industry do not have enough money to afford particular caskets. She stated:n“Most farm workers don’t have a lot of money so I won’t show you expensive caskets. We can stick to something of $400 which is a basic wood casket.” This comment was quite frustrating. If her goal was to help us stick to a particular budget she could have asked “what is your budget?” instead of assuming.nnAnother one of her comments which lead me to believe that she was not be the best funeral home to help with deceased family members being shipped to Mexico is “I am not familiar with Mexico, so I don’t know much about how the funeral homes are down there. I use a few funeral homes down there, but don’t have relationship with any particular one.”nnI would highly recommend the owners & workers of this funeral home to learn how to be respectful of all clients regardless of what their job is. If you are going to brand yourself as being a funeral home that transports deceased family members to Mexico I would suggest you learn more about the funeral homes in Mexico to have a better understanding of the business that you would be recommending clients.nnIf you are looking for a funeral home to make arrangements for family members I would recommend Abbey Funeral & Cremation in Fresno as they speak fluent Spanish have partnerships in Mexico.

Worst experience ever after losing a loved one. I would not recommend this place at all, this type of place reminded me of a fast food place. Where they just throw stuff together & serve a sloppy burger. As soon as we went it in it was chaotic. Irene was the one who helped us & she was so rude! I should’ve known that it wasn’t the place when she spoke about the funeral service that was being held & in the building & talking about how loud they were. The price sounds good & reasonable, but a loved one deserves a peaceful process as you arrange to put them to rest. As we were making arrangements she was everywhere they couldn’t find files & her reply was simply get them a bill from the system & let them be on there way. I was put on hold for about 20 minutes when I called to look for updates & she never came back. To me that was the breaking point of having everything transferred to a different funeral home. She called me upset & rude. She hung up on me! Having someone pass is already difficult to cope with & this process with them only made it that much harder. I know other funeral homes might be just a bit more expensive, but you really get what you pay for. Lesson learned. I hope this review is helpful to others to prevent the awful experience we had to go through.

These people give grace and love to the Greving family . I've had a few Family members buried threw this parlor and the services were so special each time. I appreciate how the were with my brother and my sister's Funeral. I would recommend them again and again. Rest in peace is what they give your family member.
