It's just an ok place to browse wedding dresses. The place seems rather small and the selection on the floor seems a bit over priced and there are a few basic styles available to select from. If your wedding is within 6-8 mos from your visit here, they herd you back to two rooms full of USED AND TORN Wedding and bridesmaids GOWNS on discount that they say need repair but can be sold to you for a discount!?!? The young lady who greeted and assisted me handled the gowns roughly by throwing them on the ground after try- on while expressing her opinion that some people try gowns on too small for them and rip them. I feel she was attempting to shame my size 12-14. I suppose that is her distorted world view since she appeared to be a size 0-2. The place seemed so uppity or snobby. We headed to David's Bridal and JCP and Macys online and other places out of town and bought the gowns styles we had in mind. I will say NONE of the bridal venues I contacted locally even mentioned or recommended this place. I think now I know why..........ud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14
This is the shop I got my beautiful wedding dress from ! The service is amazing and they are all so wonderfully nice ! They even offered memosa drinks for us while we shopped during several visits ! There was one time I came in to get my dress and there was no appointment time , yet they squeezed me in anyways and were fully attentive to me ! Wonderful store !!
Looks can be deceiving! The store looks amazing you will fall in love with it the moment you walk in. A few months ago we went in and ordered a dress for my mom (MOB.) We paid for half of the dress, SEVERAL weeks past by and finally about a week and half before the wedding the dress finally arrives. We go to pick it up and it was the most hideous dress ever, material wasn't the one we picked out in the first place and the style was not the one my mom had picked either. It was obvious they ordered the incorrect dress, and when we contacted the manager about this issue she said she had done our order and that obviously as manager she was she would not had made a mistake with our order. (So much for meditating or something) We didn't touch nor tried the dress on yet we still had to pay $160+ dollars for the managers mistake. Where's the customer service here? With a week left before the wedding it was already too late to order a nice MOB dress before the wedding. Luckily we found a nice dress at Macy's and for a better price as well. Lesson well learned!
I have to say that this Bridal Store is beautiful. However, the Manager there shouldn't be running this store, she gives it a bad name. I went to them to look for a wedding dress back in March, but ended up finding my dress some where else. However, I went back to them to order my jewlery because I knew they could order it for me and the other employees seem to be nice. I didn't have a bad expereince at first.nnHowever, I ordered a specific pearl from them Aug 15th, paid for it in full and was told by the Manager that it would be about two weeks or so. I gave it some time. Keep in mind my wedding date is Sept 29th, on the week of Sept 10th, I called to check that status of my order and I was told by an employee there that I would get it the following week. I called Sept 21st only to find out that my order was never placed. They didn't even offer to overnight it or anything. I have been looking every where in Fresno for pink pearls and it's extremly hard.nnI am very unhappy with their service and the fact that the Manager didn't even call me personally to apologize for her mistake. I have't had to stress until now.nnI'M GLAD I DIDN'T ORDER MY DRESS THRU THEM! COULD YOU IMAGINE IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT ON TIME!!!!!
