I did NOT get what I ordered !!!nI am very disappointed!!
Beautiful flower arrangements and kind owners
A big disappointment. I ordered a green garden sympathy ($70) plant for my sister who’s husband recently passed. I ordered off of From You Flowers website and Flowers etc in Fresno was the florist and delivered. What I ordered looks absolutely NOTHING like what my sister received. I would understand if it was slightly different than the photo and description. However, it was not even in the same ballpark and I’m embarrassed. I feel disappointed and duped. Don’t take people’s money if you can’t deliver on what they ordered.
I ordered from an online third party (who I have used with great results before) and Flowers Etc. was the local company who picked up the order. It was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. On Monday I received a call that they couldn’t find the house, it’s a newer development so that is understandable. Directions were given and they said they couldn’t deliver until the next day. On Tuesday I received no notice or delivery. The company I ordered from reached out for an update but did not receive one. Wednesday night I still had no call or delivery! At this point, two days past delivery day, I requested a refund. I will now go through a local company to make sure this shop doesn’t pick up the order again. I was very frustrated with this experience.
I received a “floral birthday cake” from Flowers Etc. the assembly of the cake was deliciously rich with color and textures. The florist who put it together made my birthday very special.
