Oh my goodness!!!!! Liz Velazquez customer services was beyond amazing! My husband and I were from other state visiting a family member in Fresno for funeral and went to her stores to buy some flowers. Her service was so helpful and she was very patient and super kind towards us! And not to forget, her flowers were beautiful!!!!! Her daughter designed one of the flower we bought and we can see where she got it from!!!! Definitely will recommend this place 100%!

We came in from out of state for a funeral and remember we forgot to order a wreath called multiple places in the downtown Fresno area and all said it was to late and that they were closing, all except here, the owner stayed open after hours and had the wreath delivered for us in 2 hours at the chapel. Amazing service and prices.
