Absolutely stunning! The ordering process online was very simple & easy to understand. I ordered the premium version of the Bamboo Paradise & WOW, so gorgeous. They packed it on there! The recipient loved it! The delivery was at a great time too. I’m 2 states away & wanted a local florist to deliver these for the birthday recipient. They did not disappoint.

I’m so happy with their customer service and talent. I live out of town and absolutely hate ordering flowers without looking at them. Here I am without a choice and had to take a chance. I feel like I hit the jackpot, the customer service is excellent and my friends loved the flowers. I’ve had to order a couple of times and they even sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivering it, so thoughtful of them. VERY HAPPY and would highly recommend them

My experience was Dissatisfactory!! If I could give zero stars I most definitely would! Doesn’t even deserve one star!nMy dad had just pasted & my dear friend ordered me a bouquet of flowers from this Florist . My flowers arrived on time & they were beautiful but within three days they started dying. I was disappointed & called Pittsburg Florist & spoke to the supervisor Vanessa, to voice my concern . She was unapologetic, rude, laughed at me & called me names. I was appalled & told her to stop laughing & I don’t appreciate her calling me names. She assumed I was being dishonest & told me to bring the flowers in so she can see what I was referring to. I contacted my dear friend who sent the flowers. She to spoke to the supervisor Vanessa. Vanessa was still unapologetic but agreed to send another flower bouquetn& she requested the original flower bouquet. I did return the original flowers & She did follow through with her promise but sent a different, less expensive flower bouquet then what my friend had ordered. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. My friends & family will never order anything from Vanessas business again!!!

I ordered flowers through this shop for my mother on Mother's Day. I selected the custom bouquet option with few suggestions since the Covid-19 situation makes sourcing specific flowers challenging. My mother received the bouquet and was SO pleased with them! She adores the arrangement and the vase that was selected, too! Pittsburg Florist did an amazing job of making my mom's Mother's Day special during a time when I am not able to be present and do so myself. Thank you for your work and thank you for being available during this time!
