I ordered a designer's choice bouquet for my mother to be delivered and I didn't know what to expect, but I was happy with the result and it made my mother's day. They even typed up a letter I wanted to include with the bouquet. I am immensely pleased with the entire business, and want to express thanks to the friendly customer service agent that I spoke with on the phone who assisted me. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Contra Costa Area.
I ordered a bouquet for my son since we can't celebrate at the moment. He sent me a picture and it was absolutely beautiful. I did call and request a change to my order. It was accommodated, BUT I would fully understand if it couldn't. My review would still be the same. I have used Flowers By Gerry before and always receive the same great service.

Flowers By Gerry creates beautiful flower arrangements but equally important is their customer service which is excellent. The owner, Ed is such a gentlemen who aims to please each and every customer. with total satisfaction......and I am speaking from personal experience.
