I ordered $100 bouquet and they failed to tell me that they hardly had any of the flowers in stock. The flowers they did use we’re already starting to go bad with the edges of the petals wilting. It ended up looking nothing like the bouquet that I had ordered from the Tele flora photo and on top of that, they declined to use my Tele flora coupon.nI will not be back and definitely do not recommend!

Unfortunately our experience was not good. My husband surprised me by having an arrangement delivered for our anniversary. The flowers didn’t look particularly fresh and within 3 days the greenery was yellow. By 7 days nothing was even salvageable and the whole thing went in the trash.nnI contacted the florist and they apologized and promised a fresh arrangement. Even after several emails back and forth about dates, the new arrangement never came. We’ll go elsewhere next time.nnEDIT: a couple of days after I posted this, a fresh arrangement arrived. The flowers appear fresh and healthy. I am updating my review from 1 star to 3.

Omg! My husband sent me flowers this past week for my birthday. I have never seen such a beautiful arrangement in my life! No kidding...(and I’m old}...shhh. This arrangement is a few days old and it’s still as beautiful as the day I received it. We just moved to Brentwood and now I know what florist I will be doing business with! Brentwood Floridt ROCKS!!!

I am very disappointed in the Flowers that were delivered to my sister today. What she received looks nothing like the photo you list online. The arrangement she received did not include the succulent as pictured online and I was not contacted at all to say it would not be included. That was the main reason I ordered this arrangement. I'm so upset and disappointed. $100 plus dollars for what she got, that was not what I saw online is just horrible and very misleading. I would never order flowers with them again or recommend them to a friend. I contacted them and they only offered to go and pick up the flowers that were delivered. Stay away Brentwood community!!

I live in Texas & my mother lives there in Brentwood. I saw the beautiful dragonfly bouquet on their website & had to order them for my mom for Mother’s Day. I called to place the order on 5/1/20 & was greeted with an apathetic attitude & the business wasn’t even stated, so I had no idea who I was speaking with. I went ahead and placed the order to be delivered on Tuesday 5/5/20 as an early surprise, since I flew to Ca the day before to visit & I wanted to be there when she received them. I paid $120 for this bouquet & there were ZERO purple flowers like it was displayed on the website. NO substitutes were even made, I had to go to Safeway to BUY purple flowers to complete the bouquet. Extremely disappointed. Will not recommend or order from this business again.
