Terrible experience! I drove from Vallejo, bridge toll included, on the promise of my Mother’s Day bouquet being ready after 12noon.. left my contact information with woman on phone, only to arrive to be told they didn’t have the flowers I requested. 2 hours they had to notify me.. and the woman I spoke to on the phone was not there. I feel taken advantage of, lied to.. and falsely charged.. now I have to wait for a reverse charge on my credit card.. up to 10 business days. I highly advise not to use this business if you wished to be dealt with fairly and respectfully. Gas, bridge toll, advance payment with tax, time and disappointment on a very important day.. too high of a price to pay for the convenience of poor run business..
I just had the most pleasant shopping experience with Margaret of Green Thumb Florist, El Sobrante, CA. My best friend had just lost her son, and I wanted to reach out to her as quickly as possible. I had completed the order online, but could not make the purchase due to a recent change to my phone#. I called Green Thumb, got their voicemail, and I didn't leave a message. Frustrated, I perused the website again. Minutes later, Margaret called me right back! She was very patient, quietly allowing me to find the arrangement I wanted, and ensured same-day delivery! Received a flower arrangement as a gift from Green Thumb. It was a very pretty arrangement but flowers were dying after the day 2 and was gone by day 5.

So glad to have found Green Thumb Florist! Ordered from out of state for a double birthday near the shop's location. The mixed bouquets were generously filled with fresh, gorgeous, ,happy flowers! Arranged beautifully , delivered very quickly and special care taken to make the two different. I highly recommend Green Thumb Florist!
