DONT ORDER FROM HERE DONT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE THEY WONT TAKE YOUR ORDER! I ordered for same day delivery and it not only charged me twice but the girl at the store swears she didn’t get either of the two orders I placed. I never received my fruit. I called and tried and to be understanding and tried to order for the same day and the girl refused to take my order for today and said I had to do it for the next day even though the website said I can pay extra for same day delivery. My house was 10 min away it would have been a quick drive. The worst customer service ever and honestly just close the store at this point. This happened on sep 9, 2020!
We have been ordering from here for the last several months and have always been pleased with the product and the service. Instructions have always been followed and a even a follow up call from the owner. Thank you to all the staff at the Walnut Creek location!
Ordered for same day delivery. Had to follow up 4 times for an ETA that continued to get pushed back each call. They closed at 7 so I figured no more delivery. Happen to walk outside at 8 with my box at the front door. No phone call, no knock. Opened it up to this. Absolutely no effort with anyone at this location. Read the reviews and stay away from this place.
Placed an order for my mom for her birthday and the order arrived on time on the day I requested, came with everything I ordered, and looked beautiful and tasted delicious! I also called to check up on the order and the people I spoke with over the phone were very nice and helpful and able to answer my questions. Great store!
