We received excellent service from Williams Flower & Gift. We especially appreciated the assistance that we received from Tori who helped us straighten out a small problem with the order. So frustrated! I have loved shopping here for many years...first when it was Lynch Creek? Such a beautiful gift shop with fun things! I was in town visiting my parents on Friday the 18th and my dad and I came in to shop and made a purchase of course. After running my card, the system did not produce a receipt. The cashier ran my card again...and again no receipt. She handed us our purchase and told me to let her know if there was a problem on my card. After reviewing my statement a day later my card had been double charged! I have called AND gone back in there(I live an hour away) and was told the owner would be in touch with me... but without a receipt how could they refund me?? I reminded her their system did not produce a receipt! Here we are over a week later and no phone call, email, NOTHING!!! So disappointed and I will miss shopping there!

We looked all over town Shelton Washington and Mason County and in Olympia also for a different flower shops and we ended up going to Williams flower and gift in Shelton Washington you guys did amazing job on getting our flowers together for such a short notice when I came to pick them up they were already a lady help me bring them to my car I would definitely recommend to anybody that needs flowers I’m to go there
I was VERY pleased with the personal attention given to my flower order. Kierina called to tweak the order based on plants they had in stock. She even sent me a picture of the flowers before they were sent to be sure I was satisfied. I've NEVER received this high quality level of service before!
