We are a funeral home, and as loyal customers of Oak Creek Florist,nI wanted to say that if we ever receive a flower piece that is low quality we send it back and expect to have it looking perfect for the family. Oak Creek has rarely sent us a poor arrangement. If there is ever an error or mistake the manager Sarah handles any corrections with professionalism and speed! Thank you! -Tyler

After the death of my Sister, my Brother and sister in law sent me a plant arraignment in a basket. She ordered it from Terry’s florist online whom then hired a subcontractor, Oak Creek Florist 4966 Pacheco Blvd., suite A, Martinez, CA 94553. To already be grieving and then receive an arrangement that was half dead only added to my grief, it’s like receiving black roses. This arrangement was carelessly thrown together! The plants mostly limp and broken were loosing leaves the day they arrived. Over half of the plants died in the next week, I couldn’t revive them. They were shoved into the basket several inches above the basket which caused the water added to run off of the arraignment onto my table. In these overwhelming days with the pandemic you would think a business would want to survive not put out such poor quality arrangements. And then to charge almost $100 for this mess? They should be embarrassed. ud83dude21

Absolute lunatics. We ordered the flowers through a third party. They were terrible. Then they called to guilt trip my grandma and read her our review. Then showed up to steal them from my grandparents after they already had them for 4 days. But don't worry guys, they were generous enough to bring the now broken bouquet back 5 hours later after intervention from 1-800-FLOWERS. What a way to spend a 60th wedding anniversary!

If I could give them no stars I would. As a surprise, my husband ordered flowers to be delivered to my office or Valentine's Day. They did not arrive until after hours and were left with a down stairs neighbor. My husband did not receive the email for delivery until 930pm. This was a Friday before a 3 day weekend. I was not able to get to the office until Sunday. The flowers were on the floor in front of our office door and half dead. I called Oak Creek florist and after a round of excuses finally got them to replace the flowers. Again, they were delivered late and I did not see them until the next morning. They were not what we ordered. I could have done the bouquet myself for $25 at Safeway for what my husband paid $100.when I called again, more excuses. They are coming to pick them up. Not good customernservice. I will be complaint and reversing the charge with Pro Flowers.

My grandparents ordered around 80$ in flowers, they literally came back dead. they tried to get them replaced and they gave them the same ones but damaged, honestly its all been a awful experience with this. I would not ever buy from these people again, bad service on top of a bad experience overall. Not to mention they just took the flowers back without asking truly terrible.
