First of all customer service by the owner was horrible. Spent most of my time arguing with the owner about the specifics of the order. Next day it's 2:30 and still have not delivered the flowers. Told me the day before it would be sent out in the morning. I called today and all of a sudden white flowers don't come into the afternoon.$160 down the drain. I would not recommend if you are needing something specific in your order they will not care. I gave you guys two chances you will not get a third chance. The worst part about it the place they need to deliver is walking distance. Update the flowers are beautiful!!! Excellent craft definitely 5 stars. Service still needs work.

Ordered flowers for a close friend, and I’m located in Indiana, so I don’t know much about florists out there. The customer service was fantastic. They worked with me on delivery times and made the arrangement and delivered it quick and on time. the arrangement was beautiful and fresh. Very happy with the service and quality! Would definitely recommend!!
Consistently order arrangements from them and always receive very creative designs with personal touches and high quality flowers. They even replaced an arrangement recently because some of the flowers were a little rough. It was greatly appreciated and I will continue to order in the future.
I received a small spring flower bouquet in a glass vase for my birthday. It was fresh and colorful. Two weeks later it looked as fresh as on the first day. Impressive! On advise of the florist, I cut stems and added water. I am very happy with my flowers.
