My wife and I recently suffered the loss of our son. From the moment I called Neptune Society in Livermore, I was put at ease through this heartbreaking time. Sammie was so compassionate and understanding. He really went above and beyond, taking my calls on his day off and handling the cremation of our son so we could process our grief. The death of a loved one is a very trying time in life and Sammie truly helped make that time a little easier for my wife and I. Thank you Sammie for everything.
