If you need a vet this is the best one for you! The Staff is AMAZING so sweet and very, very smart and good at what they do.nnDuring our first visit with our German Shepherd she was very scared the second we stepped foot into the building she peed twice two different spots. I was extremely Embarrassed but the staff didn’t mind one bit they insured me that it happens and not to be embarrassed, but the team did such a great job at making her feel so comfortable almost like a at home vibe. During our first visit I was so impressed by how open, airy and comforting this practice is. I felt as if I was in a friendly oversized living room that welcomed pets of all types and sizes.nnI love this place. It puts out very calming and peaceful vibes which is wonderful for my high stressed Shepherd. All of the staff are very accommodating and makes us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is so extremely knowledgeable so nice! I would recommend this vet all day everyday!nnMy only wish is that we would have found Dr. Fay and her amazing team sooner. They are the best and have created a wonderful facility to further reach the needs of our community and and our beloved companions.

Staff that treat all our animals like they are their own. They also have great prices! What else could you ask for?nnOur dogs doctor is Dr. Faye who genuinely loves animals and is so very compassionate and very Full of knowledgeable we seriously couldn’t ask for a better Veterinary!nEveryone’s so kind and very good at answering any and all questions! All the staff is wonderful and I wouldn’t trust any other vet!nnI would HIGLY recommend this vet for EVERYONE with pets
Dr. Fay and her staff are both caring & compassionate animal lovers, AND quite skilled in veterinary medicine. Dr. Fay takes care of my dogs as well as my moms and lots of other family and friends pets she's been fantastic with each and every one. I feel secure in my pets' healthcare under her care.nnNewaukum valley veterinary is the best pet care to be found in Lewis County - and probably beyond. They are a model of how vets centers and experiences should be! Such a welcoming and inviting environment and staff. When we moved to Lewis County we didnt think we would find a vet as capable as our previous one. We were wrong! Dr. Fay is knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive. She is fantastic with skittish dogs who are nervous. She has assisted us with various medical issues as our dogs have gotten older and offers alternatives. The office crew is also fantastic. Could not ask for a better vet and vet service group!
Dr. Fay and her team that includes everyone in the office is always so helpful and caring. They truly care not only about your fur kids but also about their humans. I recommend everyone to them as Dr. Fay has been our family doctor for the fur kids for over 10 years. ❤
