I placed an order and then found out my daughter was out of town for the weekend. When I got a hold of someone on the phone, they had already made the arrangement but told me, no problem, we will deliver your order another day and use this order for something else. I offered to pay for both but they refused. My daughter sent me a photo of the arrangement and it was beautiful.
Actual flowers are exactly the same from the posted ones. I was so happy because the delivery schedules are followed and instructions are followed. What I really liked most is the polite delivery guy and the fast and smooth transactions. Thank you so much, everyone, for the support! You made my day the most memorable!
