Friendly owner. Gives great advice on unusual bouquets.nnUpdate May 2020! This florist is open again for online orders!! I ordered Mother's Day bouquets for some good friends and they were all delighted. Yay!
I ordered flowers on May 28 to be delivered Same Day and she only tried to get in touch with my friend 2 days after that. My friend was not home, but she offered to go pick it up that Monday. She called La Vie en Rose twice and I called twice as well, no response and no possibility to leave message either. The owner only calls me on June 8, 10 days afterwards! Blaming on my friend who was the one who wasn't home and offering me a credit. I refused it because I was so appalled with the Customer service, and she hang up on me on the phone! Horrible Terrible Customer service. She kept interrupting me constantly and blaming on everything. My friend unfortunately is grieving a death and it is inappropriate to attempt a second purchase of flowers and was very unsympathetic about it. Still to this day I did not get my money back nor the flowers. Truly appalling!
This is my second order from La Vie En Rose. The first one was so great I decided to try them again. What can I say, my girlfriend was blown away with the bouquet! She initially thought it was at the wrong house and assumed it must be for a very special occasion. Nope, just me sending her flowers because I was out of town. So, I now look like a gift giving here - and it's all because of La Vie En Rose. Merci mille fois!
I ordered the bouquet on line. Florist called me to say she did not have the Delphiniums... we spoke a bit and came up with a solution. The resulting bouquet was STUNNING. I told my husband if he is ever in the Dog house he needs to buy my flowers from this shop. Impressive!!
I called this place and the last was very nice and accommodating. I ordered specific flowers and was given a price but when I went to pick them up they were not the right ones. She apologized and suggested different ones in their place, I didn't have much choice and I was starting to run late, and she began to add other flowers and greens without mentioning their prices and in the end my total had tripled but I was in a rush and it was for a special occasion so I didn't argue. I will probably go back because the lady was very nice and their selection is really good, but this experience was really frustrating especially since they didn't get my order right to begin with.
