Amazing experience it my first time in this location , i met alicia she was so nice answering my questions and guiding me to find the items i was looking for. I want to ler her managers she is amazing . I used to lived in san jose and now i live in lathrop on my way from work i found the location becuase i been coming to san jose to buy at my local trader joe but is to far ... im so happy i found one closer to me .. i was just little sad not seen pistacho ice cream other than that i felt like home specially having Alicia helping me..nnThank you
Lovely place to get your daily grocery, drinks, international stuff, cheese, milk, flowers, water, tissue paper. Great staff and they are good with social distancing, in these covid times.nGreat place!

TJ's used to be my number one choice, but since the pandemic began, it has become my last choice, and I am pretty much weaned off due to attitude of employees. I'm referring to the Pleasanton store and I've experienced this from one other store. It's never OK for an employee to be disrespectful or rude to a customer, no matter what. Yes, it's stressful on both ends but WE are the customer, WE pay your salary so please, employees, keep YOUR attitude in check and learn to be more patient with impatient customers. There is a LOT of competition out there! Try to remember that.
Need one in San Ramon! Update 9/2020: The powers to be at TJs have opened a location in San Ramon. It is in the market place on the corner of Alcosta blvd and Bollinger Canon.
