From the initial phone call with Arlene through picking up our loved one and getting questions answered from Aleyda, the Castro Valley,CA team has just been amazing. Thoughtful, caring, and patient through every step. Losing a loved one is never easy, and can be difficult to navigate through but this team is remarkable. My family and I will always be grateful.
