If your looking to surprise someone dont use this store. They lack good customer service and seriously lacking on the ability to deliver your complete order. They have random people making deliveries and will hand your gift off to anyone. Woman working in the store has horrible attitude. Don't take a gamble with your money here.
My husband bought me an arrangement for valentine's day with a card. First of all we recieved no card and 2nd the strawberries were rotten. We took pictures of the rotten strawberries. My husband called them the same day on the same day we received them on the 13th. The lady said she will get another one out to us. Here it is the 15th and I still havent gotten my replacement on my strawberries. This was very expensive never again will he purchase from here.
I asked for the service at a certain time since the birthday one was leaving and they never arrived when they delivered it to me, the arrangement looked very bad apparently they did not have it in the refrigerator since the chocolate was melted, terrible service also they are not cheap bad service! !!
I have always been able to walk in and pick up strawberries they have told me maybe five minutes. The staff told me to order online. I would have more than willing to wait outside until they were done or call but they seemed they just didn’t want to mess with the order.
I had an issue previously before with an order that was sent to me because there was a hair on one of my chocolate covered fruits. I spoke with someone and they remade the platter with no issue. So today 4/14/2020 they sent me my remade platter. The grapes are covered in dirt, there's a strawberry with mold that I ate before I noticed because it was covered by the leaf. I immediately called and spoke with a young girl who was giving me too much if an attitude that was disrespectful, and uncalled for. Would you give this platter to your mother? Then don’t give it to me.
