This is the best place to take your cats in SW Virginia hands down. The staff is great and very helpful in scheduling appointments in a timely manner. They understand and genuinely care about the health of your cat. The prices are average for SW Virginia! The 45 minute drive is worth it even though the cat doesn’t agree with me.
I have had 3 cats in 2 weeks to see Dr. McAillister she was wonderful to work with. My 16-year-old female had not been to the vet since she was a kitten. So for her and her 13 and 4 yr old brothers to all be sick at the same time was devastating to me. But the Doc helped and soon they were on the mend. It's nice to have a specialty vet for Cats. There is no better place to bring your beloved pet than here. Dr Connie and the whole bunch are the best pet care givers that we have found. Our Gatsby will only be seen here.
They have always impressed me with their love of the cats that they treat. My cat, who is not always the most friendly to people he does not see daily, has never had a problem with a single soul there. That he accepts them speaks volumes to me. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I have only been to this vet for about a year. I came here seeking answers that I was not getting from my previous doctor. I am superbly satisfied by the knowledge base and bedside manner of the vets here. I am a very finicky pet mom and when I say they are superb, one must believe that they are indeed superb.
