Have been bringing my pets here for 15 years, and have been consistently wowed by the quality of the vets. They're all just fantastic. Tried a couple other places when I lived far from Arlington, then ended up deciding the longer drive was worth it no matter how much the cat hates the car because nowhere else came close on the level of care. The front office staff is also way more organized than most, love them and how easy they make everything.
I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Ballston Animal Hospital. My dog Jake is the sweetest boy but most certainly has his issues and his anxiety about going to Vet without having me in the room has definitely increased during COVID. Especially for an ear infection like we went in for last weekend. Everyone at the office goes above and beyond to help Jake (even when he's being difficult) and I just wanted to say thank you again. Highly recommend this office.
We trust the whole team at BAH, and that's saying a lot because we're one of those couples who think their pets are the center of the entire universe. We've been treated so well by the entire team, they've been amazing at getting us in once or twice when we had an emergency, we can call if one of our pets does something stupid and we're not sure if we need to come in, and we trust Drs. Tripp and Gallitz implicitly. Pricing seems pretty fair, especially for the NOVA region.
We have gone here for decades, and have always gotten good care for our cats.
From the initial exam of my rescue kitty, through years of wellness and sick checks, to the day of the final goodbye to this precious pet, the care of all a BAH has been wonderful. From the front desk staff, technicians and doctors, all were warm, caring, professional and responsive. Thank you Doctor Collins for implementing the Gold Standard of pet care.
