I've been taking my chihuahua here for around five years and have only good things to say! We have had good experiences with every doctor and staff member we've interacted with. The doctors respond quickly to messages, questions, and med refills. Communication and appointments are always easy. My dog has behavioral issues and is always treated with patience and kindness ud83dude0a like I mentioned at the beginning, only good things to say!
Arlington Animal Hospital is wonderful. Our dog is difficult with vets and requires a plan of action and sedatives before even the simplest of appointments. Dr. Jones works with me personally every time to make sure a plan is in place, that we are comfortable with the plan, and he is happy to explain the reasoning behind each of his decisions. The administrative staff is also very kind and patient, and always professional. We're glad we found AAH and Dr Jones, and are grateful for the quality of care we receive each time we're there.
I have 2 cats and a dog that go there. The vets always take the time to answer my questions and give me solid recommendations on food/medicine/etc. I know my fur kids are in good hands!
Even with curbside drop off the staff were able to make us feel like it was a face to face appointment. We are new puppy parents so we had lots of questions that they were incredibly helpful with.
They will only take appointments, which are three weeks out. I have have had pets large and small all of my life and have never had a veterinarian office refuse to see any animal when the matter is pressing. Don't count on this office in an emergency!
