Worst place to get your Doberman ears done, Vet did a bad job on my Diamond’s ears, wish I never went there!nwhen you first talk to the the Vet he is warm and concerned, and tells you he will wrap the ears until needed, but after a few weeks when the ears don’t stand, they leave you waiting, and my poor babies ears got infected they didn’t even help her. Please do not go there!

Awesome they do a wonderful job on my harvey and i would recommend them to my family and friends and keep up the good work

Excellent first time experience. They were very professional and pleasure to do business Plus the doc was good at explaining all the details regarding a necessary surgery for my pup.

Dr. Jenkins is an angel on earth. The complete opposite can be said for Dr Schroyer. He lifted my 35lb adult staffie by her collar alone to put her on the table. She is already nervous around men because of past abuse. The slapping of her side and stomach did not help this. Dr. Jenkins however sits down on the floor where my little girl is comfortable. Dr.Jenkins is SO kind. My dog just crawls in her lap and lets her do anything. She pets on her, talks to her sweetly, and carefully explains and demonstrates any medical techniques. All of the nursing staff is wonderful too.

These guys here i don’t know where to even start! from the ladies on the floor answering the phone like mrs Teresa or mrs bethanie or whoever is around to the groomer mrs Amanda to the nurses that come outside & bring my goodies & pups back they all are more then responsive! They all are loving sweet caring & genuine people! To the nurses such as dr Bailey & dr Schroyer they make sure everything is the way it’s suppose to be & are more then reliable when it comes to they jobs! I love this veterinary I wouldn’t want to go to any other place in Lexington KY but to Animal Care Clinic!
