My niece sent me a birthday arrangement and there was an issue. I discussed with the manager and she made it right. The replacement was wonderful. Highly recommended!

I will never order from this place ever again! My husband ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and the tiny arrangement was very bad. Very small strawberries, they were not even covered evently with the chocolate in a small coffee cup. They didn't even take a minute to arranged the bad looking strawberries half way decent. he basically paid almost $60.00 for a coffee cup. I'm very upset for this horrible experience ftom this place. I'll give this place a Minus Cero.
