I wanted this to be beautiful and special and I wanted the recipient to be thrilled to receive this gift. Guess what? The arrangement was gorgeous and she was thrilled! You have always come through and simply exceed expectations. I live out of town and sometimes I have found that out -of-town orders do not get the attention that in-town orders do. You have always provided beautiful fresh flowers and stunning arrangements for all my orders. Pleased beyond words because flowers express and encompass so many emotions. And. You. Get. It.

Will definitely order from Imperial Flowers again! Customer service was excellent and the flower arrangement that was delivered looked exactly as it appeared online. Flowers were beautiful. My mother did not answer the door the first time they came to drop off the flowers. They came back later that day, no problem and even carried her mail up for her as the driveway was slick.nThat is great service!
