I ordered flowers on 4/13/2021 for same day delivery. Two days later and my flowers have still not been delivered. The phone number doesn't ring, and says VM it is not set up. I have emailed and no response. I have put in a customer inquiry and no response. My only option is now to drive down to the shop and see why my order is still not fulfilled. I would recommend not using this shop as they have poor customer service and no way to be contacted.

I ordered flowers to be delivered last Wednesday. It is now Saturday and nothing has been delivered. I have not been contacted back and their phone number doesn't even ring. It says their VM hasn't been set up so I can't even leave a message. Worst flower shopping experience ever with no customer service whatsoever. Go elsewhere.

We needed a bouquet on short notice for a Thank you for a friend! We went to see renee and got exactly what we wanted ! She had so many options and was very helpful and kind as always.. I recommend her shop for all your candle and flower needs . She will make sure you leave happy ..

Every time I call, they accommodate my requests and send gorgeous flowers. They are a wonderful group!

This place is simply amazing! We visited here when we were in the area with family, and we bought a candle which was so worth the money! Then a we just bought another one over the phone and it came within 3 business days!! So worth it!!
