When your child dies, you feel like time stops and you can barely breathe. I called Brookside Funeral Home and knew it was the right call. Their staff was very empathic and stepped in to handle the necessary arrangements. I met with Kelly and she knew what to do and walked me through the process. For this I am forever grateful. I left there feeling not so overwhelmed and knowing if I needed anything, they were there to help. Thank you Kelly, and thank you Brookside staff.

Kelly helped me to plan my cremation. She is a kind, compassionate person and was extremely thorough in explaining all of the procedures and choices available to me. Financially, Kelly presented options to help me pay for their services (the costs are very reasonable). I'm confident that, when the time comes, things will go smoothly, and my family won't have to worry about anything.

I would highly recommend Brookside Funeral Home and Crematory to any family or friend. They took care of both my Father and Mother who passed 9 months apart. With both they were caring, compassionate and consummated professionalism during a very difficult and confusing time. Kelly was incredibly sensitive and accommodating when my parents passed. When my Father passed, Kelly even made it a priority to travel to my Mother’s residence in another city when my Mother was unable to go to the funeral home due to her disability. For both of my parents, Kelly made the process seamless which allowed our family to focus on the grieving process rather than all the logistics and paperwork. When my Mother passed, I didn’t hesitate to choose Brookside again. Kelly was so comforting and our family was treated so well with my Father, we knew we would have the same experience with my Mother, and we did. With Kelly, all my options were communicated to me and our family was able to have a meaningful experience that we appreciate. Our family is thankful that we choose Brookside.
