Great experience all around!!nOrdered online yesterday for next day delivery.nSadie called to ask if I still wanted the flowers delivered and placed outside because it was snowing, instead of just delivering them and leaving them outside, Appreciated that!! And rather than even doing that, she let me change the delivery address for a better delivery. She had them delivered with in the hour of our phone call.nFriendly, fast, and professional.nThank you Sadie
I sent a flower arrangement to my best friend at the hospital for her new baby, it was missing the main piece I ordered it for, due to stock. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and very fresh. The basket was replaced with a beautiful vase because they were out of baskets, and the arrangement itself was much larger than I ordered to make up for the substitution in container. They had sent an adorable larger bear to make up for the missing bunny. The owner was wonderful, very sweet and accommodating. One of the most pleasurable customer service talks I have ever had, it was a pleasure to speak with her.
*** Update****nI picked our son’s corsage and boutonnière for his prom this weekend, and they where gorgeous! We definitely got our money’s worth!nThey where done so elegantly!nSadie did a wonderful job!nSadie (I’m unsure of the spelling and I believe she is the owner) is a wonderful woman with a welcoming smile and very friendly.nThe corsage and boutonnière that we purchased for our son’s prom this year, was such a great price!nThe beauty of them was inexpensive!nWe highly recommend using her small business.nWe’ll be returning customers for sure!
