A good family friend of ours referred us to Burcham Tobias Funeral Home in Fairborn. They exceeded our expectations with their work ethic, kindness and compassion. And even now (4 months later) they continue to provide us with outstanding follow-up service and care. We feel confidence and comfort knowing that my dear father—and we as a family—are truly treated with dignity by them.
Kevin went above and beyond to help us out and answer all of our questions. He got back to us quickly anytime we needed him. We did a lot of the funeral related paperwork via email due to us living in Indiana and the prepaid funeral being in Ohio. He made that a flawless experience for us. Even after it was all over, he was still available to answer any questions we had. We were very pleased with Burcham Tobias funeral home and with Kevin. Would highly recommend.
