Even though my home is 3 - 4 hours from Albuquerque, Zia Roofing provided excellent customer service from start to finish of my roofing project. The project start and completion dates were as promised. I reside in Texas and received pictures and updates throughout the project. Communication, quality work and excellent customer service are keys to success and Zia Roofing nails each one!

The roofers did an excellent job. The sales people were very helpful and not pushy. The quality of product and service was top notch.

We called for a consultation Travis came out checked out the roof within the same day gave us a price, date and time his guys would come out- job was done in 2 days!! Called to ask if the estimator can return to add additional gutter and was told the person will contact me and he never did. i contacted them the next day and was told he had a busy day yesterday and that he will contact asap. He set up an appointment for an for the next day at 12:30 and told me he would call me before heading over to my house and i never received that call. He never showed up. I guess they are to busy and don't need the work. I will never know. If things start this way how do they end?
