Great place! They always take excellent care of my two fur babies.
Been going there for years. I have always been happy with Dr Beichkirk
The Doctor is very thorough in his examinations and explains everything he is checking as he goes. Asks plenty of questions to get all pertinent information. I would highly recommend Dr. Bikirk and the sodus veterinary hospital.
I called to put my put my cat to sleep for she is sick with cancer. They had told me how much it would cost and to bring her in. When I called to ask if we are able to be with her when she goes to sleep the receptionist asked If she has been seen at this office before. We just moved back to this area and have seen them before a long time ago. I was very upset with how rude the receptionist was. She hung up on me for no reason. This receptionist should be fired for how she is treating customers. If I was the owner I would have been appalled how insensitive and rude she was. I would fire her on the spot. I will not take my animals to such a cold place.
As always wonderful with our furrbabies ud83dude3b not too shabby with the husband either!
