Kind of like an assembly line, but to be expected when you are that big and that busy. Great hospital but because they are so large, you lose that personal feel. Dr.Stillman and Dr.Evans my personal favorite . Great place !

They were very nice when I helped a friend who was away take care of her senior cat.

I'm visiting from out of town and when my beloved dog suddenly passed away, I brought her body to Flannery Animal Hospital and they took care of getting her cremated and her ashes back to me. It was a very sad time for me, but they made it easier and were very caring, even though I had never used their services before.nIf my other dog ever needs after hours care while we are here, I'll definitely bring him here.

Had a family of strays living behind my Fire Department. Was able to catch two kittens right away both did not look very well. Purchased a have A heart trap caught kitten #3 this morning. re set trap. Had vet appointment for the first two kittens. On my way to the appointment was able to check the trap and had mom. as we arrived we called inside and informed them we had mom and a third kitten. They had no issue taking all 4 and ran a few tests. We were trying to do our best by the family but can only do so much no one takes sick cats lots of shelters are full. Flannery directed us in what they felt was the best idea and we agreed we now have a kitty quarantine in our little back shed for the family and antibiotics to give them. we are hoping to spay mom and release her as she may not be fit for re homing and we hope to re home the 3 kittens if they pull through. kitty family is together and Flannery did the right thing by us and treated cats that weren't ours and didn't break the bank. Thank you, thank you, thank you. you did the right thing and we appreciate it.
