Took care of my cat Milo so well during and after he got his teeth cleaning! They explained everything very well on what to do to best take care of him the next few days and even gave us a little complimentary teeth package. Best veterinarian I’ve ever been too.

This place did not test my dog prior to giving her the Lyme disease vaccine making me think she was fine. The only reason I now know she has Lyme disease is because I went to a different vet or who knows if this ever would have been discovered. I recommend taking your pet somewhere else as my new vet said this is pretty standard procedure to test prior to vaccinating. They are also pretty expensive. Go somewhere else

Dr Hoerner at Liverpool Animal Health Center has always been thorough and taken the time to make sure we understand everything about our animals health. I appreciate her professionalism and passion about the animals in her care.

Everyone I've spoken to here has been super kind and helpful. I can't speak to their pricing since I have no comparison, but I know the folks working here really care about the animals they help. The last couple times I've brought my kitty here the vet techs have remembered him and seemed genuinely happy to see us - not a huge deal or anything, but I think it really speaks to the love they put into their work.nnI always feel at ease taking my pets here and knowing that those helping them probably care about the pets as much as we do, and want them to be as healthy as possible - no wif only human doctors had such good bedside care we'd be in good shape!

No a bad vet but the fact that I can not go into the building and my pets were not seen all because I would not put on a mask in my car they would not see them. That is unbelievable .
