The staff is very empathetic. They know your pets are your family and it shows. Also, they are very honest in the cost vs. benefit dance. Location means they don't have instant access to the more intensive services that you find in larger cities or near the big vet schools, which is a concern, but then since they aren't the ones who'd benefit from it, when they tell you exactly what [other vet in Syracuse] can do for your pet there's no undercurrent of slimy sales pitch, either. That was very much appreciated when our cats were getting ready to cross the rainbow bridge.

My dog, Hazel has terrible anxiety when it comes to the vet or being around people she’s not familiar with. Because of covid we are not able to go inside, the vet made it so easy on us and Hazel and administered her shots right in the car. They are extremely professional and receptive to the needs of not only the human but also the fur babies. They truly care and I highly recommend Beaver Meadow!

Beaver Meadows is a great place. Starting with the staff, they are very friendly & take they're time with you answering all questions you may have. The Dr. Duke has is extremely smart [ she just called me as I'm writing this, Duke can be picked up at 2pm ] she explains everything to the t and I think that's super. I can't say enough about her and the staff, you will feel very welcome. My hats off to all of them, I'm 67 and have had dogs from the age of 9 so there has been plenty of veterinarians in that time, I have been to them all but without a doubt Beaver Meadows is the best damn one in Oneida County. My sincere thx to them all!

This veterinary Clinic is my absolute favorite. They have convenient hours , and you are able to get your pet seen quickly for an appointment. They take the best care of the animals. You can tell they truly have compassion for the pets. The cost is very affordable as well. A truly great place all around!

Absolutely amazing care, only vet I trust with my animals. Years ago we’re so king when I had to put my guinea pig to sleep, just a small animal and they never made me feel shame for being so upset. Now with my elderly dog with so many neurological problems and bad spine and legs they have made him as comfortable as possible and so caring. Let me know the price of everything before they do anything, tell me every result, never leave me in the dark and do everything to save him. So thankful for such wonderful people .
