I have never ordered from an edible arrangements before. My friend sent me their birthday box recently and it was amazing, especially the white chocolate confetti pineapple cakes. The presentation was beautiful and the balloons were super pretty. Since then, I have been ordering from the woodmere location and their customer service is great. I wanted to order something for my sister and called for an ETA and the employee was super helpful and answered all my questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location!

I placed an order to be delivered on Friday and specifically wrote to deliver it early on Friday as the store will close early.nThey didn't deliver my package on Friday as they were supposed to.nI was sure that since they're in five towns they would know based on these instructions and the name on the orders they wouldn't call me on Saturday.nThey called me numerous times on Shabbat and then said it was my fault that they called and i didn't answer the phone.nI asked them to redeliver the package and they said they can only do it next week and are refusing to refund me

The worst chocolate covered strawberries along with chocolate covered pineapples the fruit is so bitter. Also had it delivered to my mom never reached her she had to go pick it up. poor service in Woodmere wouldn't recommend. This was my second poor experience with them.

I understand it’s a hot day but why are you delivering chocolate covered fruit in a old mini van with its windows down? I received my 3 orders all melted and disastrous. Very unhappy! All the notes were wrong too and I left very detailed instructions. Screw them do not order from here we did not pay top dollar for this!
