Never have I met a more caring family and staff than that of Richard H Keenan Funeral Home. They were so comforting during our time of need and made us feel like we were their only priority. They not only took care of my brother who passed and all the details but they also consoled our family during this difficult time. Truly a caring and amazing family and staff.
From the moment I stepped out of my car and met with assistance, to the end of the service, I was overwhelmed by the compassion and support I felt from the staff. Brian was there to help at every turn and made the Covid distancing rules easy for people to understand and follow. True professionals and absolutely outstanding service.
The funeral home is well decorated without damaging the reverence of the place itself. The parlors for calling hours are large and can be adjusted to the size of the attendence. The only reason I wouldn't give a rating of 'i loved it' is the fact it is a funeral home.
Richard H.Keenan and his family are true professional's and I was blessed to have the help and support for my family.
Felt like we where being rushed out. Guest book taken away to early so,as the memory cards. manager seemed that she didn't want to be there.
