I called and placed an order over the phone for a peace lily to send to my sister in law, who had lost a beloved pet. The gentleman who I spoke to over the phone was incredibly kind, ensured my message was correct, and the plant was promptly delivered the same day. Great service, got exactly what I paid for, and Paul's Flowers was much more reasonably priced, with many more options, than other florists I looked at. Thanks again!!

I understand we are in hard times but the bouquet looked absolutely nothing like the picture or the description. A group of us periodically send our friend flowers since she’s been going through cancer treatment. She just finished her chemo so we specifically ordered the “simply sensational” bouquet because of its bright, cheerful colors. Even the description talks about every color of the rainbow and a whole garden in a bouquet. The bouquet she received was pale and bland. The flowers in it were pale pink, yellow and white. The picture had bright colors... orange, red, purple, dark pink... all very bright. The bouquet was much smaller than pictured as well. We talked as a group and although we understand everyone is struggling right now, we still paid for a certain product and don’t feel much consideration was given to stay close to what was actually ordered. We will be using someone else for the rest of the arrangements we send our friend.

I began a flower subscription with Paul's and was not dissapointed by my first order! The arrangement and vase were beautiful and fall decorated! Looking forward to my flowers every other week from them!
